I tried to find a home by myself, but I was not successful as I had a contingency of selling my own home, and no one wanted to accept my offer. I decided I wanted a Realtor to help. A few days later, I ran into Paul Turovsky at a Hibachi Dinner. We talked about real estate for a while, and I told him about my situation.
